We ask the dumb-on-purpose questions, look at a sample of your data if you’ve got one, and figure out what actually needs building versus what you’ve been told you need.

a written scope and a fixed price
Usually within two business days of the call. It says what we’ll build, when the first working draft lands, and the one number it costs — cleanup included, no mystery line items.

Say yes and we start. Say no and we part on good terms — the scoping call is genuinely free, and you keep the notes from it regardless.
